What you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. Last updated 12 August 2026.
These terms apply when you use this website or buy services from Talme Digital (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
We provide marketing services including SEO, paid advertising, social media management, web and app design, branding, video production, lead generation and call-centre support.
Every engagement is confirmed in a written proposal that sets out the scope, the price and the timeline. That proposal, together with these terms, is the agreement between us.
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points in UAE Dirhams and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. The price for your work is the one written in your proposal.
Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Project work is billed according to the schedule in the proposal. Work may be paused on overdue accounts, and we will always warn you before that happens.
We will do the work described in your proposal, to a professional standard, on the agreed timeline.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, lead volumes or revenue. Anyone who guarantees a Google position is either misinformed or misleading you. Search engines and ad platforms are controlled by third parties and their rules change without notice. What we guarantee is the work, the reporting and the honesty of both.
You give us the access, information and approvals we need to do the work, in reasonable time. Where we need accounts (Google, Meta, your website, your Google Business Profile) you provide access or grant it to us properly.
You confirm that any content, logos or images you give us are yours to use, and that we may use them to carry out the work.
Once you have paid in full, the deliverables we create specifically for you are yours. Our own tools, templates, systems and know-how remain ours.
We may show work we have done for you as a portfolio example unless you tell us in writing that you would rather we did not.
Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Work already carried out in the current period is payable. Project work already completed is payable in proportion to what has been delivered.
We do not lock clients into long contracts. If the work is not worth paying for, you should be free to stop.
Advertising spend on Google, Meta, TikTok or any other platform is paid to that platform, not to us, and is separate from our fees. Those platforms set their own rules, approve or reject ads at their discretion, and may suspend accounts. We work within those rules but we do not control them.
Our liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question over the preceding three months.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
