TALME Digital is operated by Talme Digital FZ-LLC, a marketing services company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Where this policy says “we”, it means Talme Digital.

When you send us an enquiry: your name, email address, phone number, company name and whatever you write in the message. Nothing more, and nothing we did not ask for.
When you run the free site scan: the website address you type in. That address is sent to Google’s PageSpeed Insights service, which performs the test and returns the scores. We do not store the result on our servers.
When you register as a freelancer, partner, corporate client or model: the details you enter on the registration form so we can assess and contact you.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not build profiles on you across other websites.
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quote, to deliver the services you have asked for, and to keep in touch about work in progress. That is the whole list.
We only send marketing email to people who asked for it, and every one of those emails has a working unsubscribe link.
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party trackers. Your colour theme and language choice are stored in your own browser so the site remembers them on your next visit. That information never leaves your device.
If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before it goes live, and the change will be dated.
Only the people who need it. Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Enquiry forms are delivered by our form provider straight to our inbox. The free site scan is performed by Google’s PageSpeed Insights service.
Each of these providers handles your data under their own terms, and we choose them for that reason. We do not pass your information to anyone else without asking you first.
Enquiries and client records are kept for as long as we are working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal reasons. If you ask us to delete your details and we have no legal obligation to keep them, we will.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send that request to hello@talmedigital.com and we will respond within 30 days.
You can unsubscribe from any marketing message at any time, using the link in the message or by replying and telling us.
The site runs over HTTPS, the admin console is password-protected, and access to client data is limited to the people working on that account.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced on this page rather than made quietly.
